Property Manager – Leeds, Full-time, Leeds

Britannia Personnel Group are recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of a respected property management firm committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Engage with tenants and landlords in person, by phone, email, text, and via social media to ensure excellent service.

  • Handling Queries: Efficiently respond to tenant and landlord enquiries, going the extra mile to meet their needs.

  • Tenant Applications & Tenancy Renewals: Ensure a smooth process for resigning tenants, listening to their needs and responding effectively.

  • Property Maintenance: Manage and delegate maintenance requests to contractors, agree quotes with landlords, and ensure tenants are satisfied with services.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to monitor property conditions and identify potential improvements for landlords.

  • Office Administration: Work in a structured, diarised manner, delegate tasks, and follow up to ensure consistent quality.

  • Operational Tasks: Maintain regular communication with company directors to ensure systems and structures are robust.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is advantageous

  • Proactive, professional, and client-focused
