Marketing Executive, Remote (bonus points if you're South/West Yorkshire-based and like tea)

Full Time 35 hours

Salary between £23,500 - £25,500 depending on experience

Our client work with ambitious B2B businesses to help them scale through strategic, organic marketing. From content-led campaigns and brand storytelling to social media strategy and thought leadership, they focus on building long-term visibility, credibility, and connection. Their clients trust them to elevate their message, grow their audience, and deliver results all through smart, creative marketing.

Britannia Personnel Group are looking for a sharp, social-savvy marketing exec to join our clients (small but mighty) team. Is that you?

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and schedule high-quality, strategic content for social media platforms - with a primary focus on LinkedIn for B2B audience engagement

  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across all campaigns

  • Design branded visual assets using Canva, maintaining a polished and professional look tailored to each clients branding

  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut

    or similar tools to support thought leadership, brand storytelling, and content marketing efforts

  • Write and schedule effective email campaigns and newsletters that engage professional audiences and support lead nurturing

  • Contribute to marketing strategy development bringing fresh ideas, insights, and a structured approach to campaign planning

  • Write and publish blog content that aligns with client messaging and follows SEO best practices

  • Upload and manage website content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with broader content strategies

What were looking for:

  • A solid understanding of B2B marketing, with a particular focus on social media strategy and content

  • A clear grasp of how all social media platforms function for brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation

  • Some familiarity with digital advertising (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), or a strong interest in learning how to develop and manage paid campaigns as part of an integrated marketing strategy

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work across multiple projects and deadlines

  • The ability to manage your own workload

  • A proactive and creative thinker whos comfortable contributing ideas, solving problems, and continuously improving content performance

  • A genuine enthusiasm for content, marketing trends, analytics, and tools that support effective collaboration (like Miro or Notion)
